How do I pay for my order?
We use Pay Pal to process our orders. It's very simple and easy to use. There is no need to set up a Pay Pal account and your purchase is safe and secure. You can use your Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover or check with Pay Pal. If you prefer, you may send a check (please Contact Us for information).
When will I get my order?
Our turn around rate is 5-7 business days, althought during busier seasons,or for large orders, your order may take up to two weeks. Please feel free to Contact Us for bulk or special order information, or for any questions you may have.
Policies
Due to the nature of our business, and to insure the highest quality, bath & body products are non-returnable. Damaged items received must be reported within 48 hours of shipping. Gift items, such as candles or jewelry can be returned for an exchange. We do not have a refund policy at this time, however we will be happy to give you an online credit for equal value.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped via our standard shipping which is USPS (unless different carrier is specified).
**Gift Baskets**
All gift baskets will ship out in 3-7 business days. There is no shipping on Holidays and *weekends, Chocolate and perishable gifts must ship via Next Day Air June through Mid October.
*Alaska and Hawaii - Please add 15.50 to the standard ground prices for ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. (Excluding Fruit and Cookies).
Please add $24.50 to the Next Day Air prices for expedited shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. (Excluding Fruit and Cookies). All APO, FPO, PO Boxes and Canadian shipments ship via the USPS. Fruit and Cookies are not available for shipping to PO Boxes, FPO, APO.
Standard shipping is Monday - Friday. *Saturday shipping is available for an additional fee. A $10.00 fee will occur in addition to normal shipping fees if the gift baskets are shipped with a wrong address and have to be reshipped. Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Packaging of some gift items may change from original picture shown as new container and product is available, though all gift items will retain the same quality and value. A 20% restocking fee is required of returned product.
